Cancellation / Refund Policies

All the Sellers registering on GoKrishi ecosystem may be charged Subscription Fees and there are no refunds for the fees charged from Sellers.
All Customers are making payments direcly to sellers accounts. The payments made by customers are directly settled in Sellers accounts and so incase of any dispute the customers should directly contact the sellers for refunds. We have no responsibility for refunds however, incase of any frauds by sellers we may suspend seller’s account and take up with the seller to refund any loss to the customers.
Incase there is error in payments settlement from Payment Gateway end then the payment gateway usually reverts the payments within 24 hours. Customers can directly contact Sellers for payment status as Sellers have complete control over it through their dashboard.
